By accessing or using the EZ Parking platform — including our website, services, and any related tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and registered users of the EZ Parking platform. EZ Parking reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

You agree to use EZ Parking's platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. EZ Parking will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

All parking slot purchases are governed by a formal Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed between the buyer and EZ Parking. The SPA constitutes the legally binding contract for ownership and supersedes any informal communications or representations.

Ownership of a parking slot is subject to verification of identity, completion of all required documentation, and full settlement of the agreed purchase price. EZ Parking reserves the right to refuse or cancel any application that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

All slot dimensions, floor levels, and specifications are subject to final confirmation at the time of the SPA. Minor variations may occur due to construction tolerances and do not constitute grounds for contract cancellation.

The purchase price for each parking slot is as listed on the platform at the time of reservation. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a reservation, with the remaining balance payable as specified in the SPA.

All payments must be made in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of the reservation and any amounts paid, as detailed in the SPA.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our office. The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. Refund eligibility for any additional amounts paid is determined by the terms set out in the signed SPA.

EZ Parking reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of misrepresentation, incomplete documentation, or non-payment. In such cases, the booking fee will not be returned.

All content on the EZ Parking platform — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the intellectual property of EZ Parking Maldives and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent from EZ Parking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Parking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any parking slot purchase, including loss of profits or data.

EZ Parking's total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
